Board of Directors
The following persons are the first Directors of the Company:

Among the above Md. Amin Uddin Khan, and Gopal Paul- are the First Chairman, and Managing Director of the company respectively and hold the post from the date of incorporation of the company. The Managing Director is entitled to such remuneration as may determine by the Board of Directors in the general meeting for any extra services.

Management of the company
The overall management of the company will be vested with the Board of Directors. The Boards will formulate company's polices and provide guidelines for its day-to-day business operation. The Managing Director is the Chief Executive to operation. The Managing Director is the Chief Executive to look after the business affairs & other logistic support of the company. The other Directors will assist the Managing director, as well as by the Managerial and Technical Staff at different levels.

Corporate setup
The sponsors already formed a private limited company, which is registered with registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms. The Authorized capital of the company is Tk. 1.00 core and paid up capital is Tk. 10.00 lacks only. In this regard A Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association have been prepared.
